Spectrum Property Management
Lisa Cornaire, CMCA, AMS
Lisa Cornaire first got her start in community association management as a Board member of a condominium association located in the Northern Virginia area. She spent several years volunteering to improve her community and found very quickly that she was picking up the slack for the Association’s management firm’s deficiencies. When she sold her home, resigned from the board, and moved, she was asked by Board of Directors to manage the association herself. For several years Lisa managed the community as a direct employee of the association until she decided to take a leap of faith start her own management firm. Ten years later, Lisa is still proud to have this original community as a client.
Lisa decided to start Spectrum Property Management for many reasons. First and foremost, she loves what she does. Lisa and her staff understand how important each person’s investment is to them, this is exemplified in her unique perspective of having been a Board member herself. Lisa saw a need in the Northern Virginia area for quality property management with a different approach. Her management style is unique in that she and her staff strive go above and beyond each every day to ensure the satisfaction of their clients. They do it because care about the quality reputation that Spectrum has established over the years and because they know this has driven the success of the business. Lisa’s vision for this type of service has driven her business and it is the reason that most of SPM’s referrals are word-of-mouth.
